Great Experience buying my Mother a vehicle. Bo Williams was very professional and easy to work with.
My car was recently serviced and all points were good except for the battery. The battery was shown as bad. I opted to not get a new battery because the battery was purchased last year and was still under warranty. I took the battery back to were it was purchased. The technician checked the battery and it registered as good. If I had purchased a $300+ battery from Lexus, I would have never known that the old battery was still good. Excellent customer service! Lexus service department went above and beyond to program a new key FOB. The service department stayed well past closing to ensure I received my key so I wouldn’t have to miss work. Highly recommend!
