Working with Ron Howard from the Lexus Service Team has been Awesome! Ron is Professional, Experienced ,very Personable and because of him I've been having a really Great car service Experience so far with Lexus of New Orleans.
Very impressed with Brad Miller and his service team! We were from out of town and had tire issue on our new Lexus and Brad was extremely helpful and professional! Highly recommend
took me 3 hours to get a oil change and im currently still waiting !
The service team at Lexus of New Orleans is absolutely outstanding! I can’t speak more highly about this team and their commitment to service and safety. During a routine visit, they identified a problem with my car that required immediate attention. When I told them I had no choice but to drive the car on an out of town trip and I’d have to get it fixed when I got back, they rush ordered the parts needed to fix my car the next day in order to ensure my safety on the road.
