I just spent almost 4 hours here for an oil change, if you plan on coming here the service is very slow, I have been in other Lexus service stations and they can do in 1 hour what in New Orleans takes 4 hours.
Lexus of New Orleans Service Center delivered one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered. We paid for an alignment that was not performed correctly, after calling the service center for a week with no success, we returned in person to discuss the issue and request a refund, and were met with shockingly rude behavior from Service Manager Andy Baltz. Great Experience buying my Mother a vehicle. Bo Williams was very professional and easy to work with.
My car was recently serviced and all points were good except for the battery. The battery was shown as bad. I opted to not get a new battery because the battery was purchased last year and was still under warranty. I took the battery back to were it was purchased. The technician checked the battery and it registered as good. If I had purchased a $300+ battery from Lexus, I would have never known that the old battery was still good.
