Smooth, quick, and seamless
Despite my Lexus being very old and leaking badly (1998 LS 400 w/ 375K miles), I decided to go for a major inspection/repair (rather than buy a new car!) and I’m so glad I did. The car drives almost like new again and all the leaks are gone! The service department did a great (albeit not inexpensive) job, and Kristian kept me informed every step of the way. Also, the pickup/delivery service was pretty sweet: they came and got my car and dropped off a VERY nice loaner for me to use while my car was in the shop. Five stars!

I’ve been servicing my Lexus at Lexus of Marin for decades. I think I’m on my third or fourth Lexus and even bought one from the dealership. I always feel like they have my back and take good care of my vehicles. And my service consultant, Jourdan is terrific!
