I called to get a quote on replacing a ignition lock. The service writer never bothered calling me back. It’s apparent that the profit wasn’t high enough to bother with a call back. Screw em, I’ll do it myself.
They actually sent me a link to review them after this experience so I guess I should oblige. Much like other people report - this service center is untrustworthy. Paul Vang was my service associate for the record. I brought my car in for a simple alignment. Immediately he starts pitching major issues it "might" be. An alignment would be like 100-200 bucks but I get a message with $2,000 worth of repairs they recommend. This car dealer cannot be trusted. Trust is big in my book. The repair shop creates a Problem that not exist with a brand new car. Then of course, will repair the problem that does not existent and charge you to repair it. In fact overcharges you for the repair. It is shocking to see this from a Lexus dealer. It’s so sad To see this kind of service from a Lexus dealer.
