My experience with Lexus was ok. I had issues with the sales people calling me back or emailing me back. We had purchased a truck and put a deposit down. Then it took 3 weeks for the 'title' to come in. Understood. But I was emailing and calling every 3 days and it gets exhausting when no one calls you back or emails you back, just to keep in touch. Raymond Liang provided excellent service to my mom and I. He answered all our questions and concerns we had. Although he was working with another client, he kept coming back and checking on us. Raymond was attentive - asking if we wanted anything to drink as we waited for him to be done with his other client. He explained the features of the rx 350h very well. Highly recommend!!
