Found the GX460 online, wasn't looking forward to dealing with a dealer, plenty of bad experiences in the past. My salesman Matthew Marrs and the Sales manager Darren Mathis were very fair and transparent in the negotiations of the few thousand dollars apart that we were at. We were able to find common ground with a little give & take from each side. I must admit that I left there with whole new perspective on dealing with dealerships & how their ran. I would definitely welcome buying from them again.
As a mechanic (heavy duty) i hate bringing any of my vehicles to the dealer because dealing with them in the past has always been nightmares but i had to due to needing the tpms modlue programmed. Made a service app for 930am on saturday and figured i would get it back next week. They got it done with in hours... i was a little suspicious so I verified they did all i asked. Clear the maintenance required light, fix the tpms, and do a oil change and they said they did. Come to find out they did actually do everything i asked.... read more
I bought a used 2014 GMC Terrian. Paid 10,000 cash. It started acting up in a week. Called James the salesman and he basically said was nothing he could do because I didn’t purchase an extra 6,000 dollar warranty. Drove it for 6 months. It broke completely down and has costed thousands of dollars to basically rebuild the whole suv. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a used vehicle from these people. Everyone here is always wonderful to us every time we go. We really dont mind when we come in because they dont make it stressful what so ever.
