Yesterday we visited the Lexus dealership and I don’t normally leave a review but I had to make an exception. Our salesperson Zachary was a breath of fresh air in that there was no pressure, no haggling, explained everything in detail for a very pleasant experience. I have bought a number of new cars over the years and always dreaded the experience of dealing with the dealership and the salesperson. Yesterday was different and I would strongly recommend buying your next vehicle from Lehigh valley Lexus.
Right now, there’s a minimal choice in the marketplace. But when the economy comes back – and it will – power will once again shift to the job seeker. Decisions companies make today will be memorialized tomorrow. The workforce will unpack their notes, and two lists will be made: companies that prioritized their people through unchartered waters and companies that slashed and deserted at the first sign of a storm. With that information in hand, a newly empowered workforce will decide where they want to build their career.

After happily being a Lexus of Lehigh Valley customer since 2008, work took me to Rockville, Md in 2017. After a horrible service experience at Lexus of Rockville and an less than pleasant one at Lexus of Silver Spring today, I can only say how much I miss LOLV! Friendly, knowledgeable, and they treat you like family, not a number! They even remember your preferred color scheme! I will be driving past both dealerships to get back to LOLV for my 3rd Lexus purchase!

I was a interested buyer for a ES 350 Lexus and I was under the assumption that car dealers want to SELL CARS and not keep them on the lot ........I received a professional “ slap in the face” email advising “ we don’t negotiate “ take it or go elsewhere....... shocked to say the least that not interested in selling cars to interested buyers
Horrible experience. Worked with James Johnson who sold me on a warranty and told me it would cover all my maintenance. He also said I could cancel it at any time. I've been trying to cancel it and even called the general manager, Carl. Absolutely no satisfaction. Now I'm stuck with an extra $3,000 on my car loan with a highlander that kills my back. Save yourself some aggrevation and don't go there.
