Muy mal servicio este dealer
We brought my gf 2018 lexus is350 to have her oil changed here. Trusting they would do the job properly. Next oil change we did it at another lexus dealer. And they stated that the oil filter housing had been overtightned and cracked when attempting to take it off. Be aware the technicians working here are not doing their jobs to lexus standards. I will not trust bringing my car here.

I took my car for an oil change and an alignment. Only the oil change was done, because when I left the dealership the car still pulls to the right, but they still charged for it. Take your car elsewhere.
