The service was excellent; I was greeted by the service manager, Mr. Luis, who treated me with impeccable professionalism. He answered all my questions and was very efficient. I recommend this place 100%.

I had a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience with Lexus of Kendall. I brought my vehicle in for service and, upon return, there was a dent on my car that was not there beforehand. When I raised the issue, I was told that inspection photos are taken prior to the vehicle being moved to the service department.
