NOT IMPRESSED with the Sales Team at Indooroopilly Lexus! The Salesman (Jeremy Pereira) misrepresented the features on the new Lexus NX350h that I ordered. When it arrived and I complained, he accused my husband and me of being “confused” about what he told us - refusing to accept any responsibility for the error.
