We bought the 2025 Lexus RX450h+ at this dealership. Shaun Nand made the whole process very smooth from initial enquiry to pickup. Finance team was also very easy to deal with. NOT IMPRESSED with the Sales Team at Indooroopilly Lexus! The Salesman (Jeremy Pereira) misrepresented the features on the new Lexus NX350h that I ordered. When it arrived and I complained, he accused my husband and me of being “confused” about what he told us - refusing to accept any responsibility for the error.
