Waste of time. Called to ask if they have the vehicle in stock, they said if the ads is on its at the dealership. Drove 20km to the dealership, ask them midway if they have it, they still said it's there. When we arrive the car was rented out for the weekend. Joke of a business, as a long time Lexus customer, I am disappointed in the service.
Wanted to look inside a new LBX outside the showroom at Lexus. sales person unlocked the car from his desk inside the showroom and did not want to come outside with us as it was drizzling with rain!!! Knew very little about the car and have no information to me as to details and specification.
Thank you to Tony Hu and Andy (Sales Manager). I could not be more happier with your service. Tony was fantastic to work with; he was patient, friendly, and attentive. He genuinely wanted to work with me in finding me my car and put his best foot forward from the get go. No wonder he came highly recommended and plenty of others have reviewed the same. Lexus of Indooroopilly, Tony, and Andy are a cut above the rest. Thank you so much, I have no hesitation in recommending you guys to anyone looking for a new car.
I recently had a wonderful experience with Lexus Indooroopilly. Sales consultant Jeremy Perera demonstrated several models for me and we soon settled on an NX350h in a beautiful copper colour. Delivery and customisation occurred very promptly within days, followed by an expert orientation (with more to follow) on delivery. Thank you Jeremy and the rest of the expert team!
