Shau Nand sold us our Lexus NX350. Had to wait 17 days to get my car in for a service. They put embossed stamp in my service book but wrote in the wrong date. When I rang to ask if I could speak to the Service Manager about it, I was told that there was no Service Manager in but they would ask the Assistant Service Manager to give me a call. Whilst sad to part with my old much loved Lexus, I couldn't be happier with my new RX350 I picked up today.
