My mum was after a new car and from the moment we walked into Lexus we felt like we weren’t just a number to get a sale. The wonderful Shaun listened to what we were after and helped us above and beyond. Mum is very happy with her Lexus LBX, it really suits her.
Waste of time. Called to ask if they have the vehicle in stock, they said if the ads is on its at the dealership. Drove 20km to the dealership, ask them midway if they have it, they still said it's there. When we arrive the car was rented out for the weekend. Joke of a business, as a long time Lexus customer, I am disappointed in the service.
