Purchased a new GX550 last year from Lexus of Indooroopilly, from the start the car was presented extremely poorly at handover, we were flying in from Mackay with the drive back that day. The car was not clean, had scuff marks on various plastics surfaces, marks on the paint that resembled scratched but were able to be picked off. Marks on the seats.
