I have a problem with driver seats so have booked appointment at 8am, drop the car at the appointment time, being told that will take 4 hours when making appointments, waiting until 11:30am but no one look after my car. I went to check with the staff and said need to be wait until 4pm. Very disappointed both managers and staff at service center.
