I bought 2022 lexus RX350 from this saleman name Son last August they were nice at the first. Now, my car remote has issue with remote stater. I call my saleman told him about my remote starter didn't work and ask him for help he told me I call you back 10 minutes. I waited for 2 hours he never call back, I call again he told me he busy, I said ok call me back I wait another 2 hours he never call so, that day I call him 4times. I have issue with my remote starter for my Lexus RX350, I call my sell man, and he refuse to help me and told me his manager will call me. But no one from this dealer call me back and make appointment for me. Such a small issue like this they very unprofessional help, They only good when you bought car from them after that they don't give a shit. I would not recommended people to go to this dealership.

If I could rate less than one star I would. I was wanting to buy a Lexus GX I found online. I live out of the state of NY and was unable to see the vehicle in person. On Saturday I called the dealership and spoke with a sales rep. I tried to put money down for a deposit, however the manager said that I needed to wait until photos could be taken after the vehicle was prepped and detailed. I bought a 2024 Lexus TX from Keyes Lexus in May 2025. The sales experience was pleasant but what really went wrong is after the sales. As per every sale, at the end, the sales person would tell you the registration tags and license plates will come in the next 8 weeks. I gave it it 12 weeks and noticed my plates never came.
