Natalya M was a pleasure to work with while visiting Lexus of Edmonton. She went through all the options, listened to understand what vehicle I am looking into and suggested the best package based on that. The conversation was transparent, the sale techniques were not pushy or forced. Staff were friendly, environment was nice, the test drive was organized quickly, and Natalya took the time to explain all the options (cash, finances, lease in details). We ended up with a beautiful car and a very pleasant experience.
Very good customer care and service, was very quick process for everything and they did everything in their power to save you money. I recommend asking for Long, sales associate.

I bought a 2021 used Lexus from Ian and at the time of sale, he treated me like a celebrity. The car had some work to be done and Ian and his team coimmitted to fix that in two weeks. Now, several months later, numeros calls and visits later, Ian or Lexus management do not even care to follow up. I am appauled at their lack of customer care (i.e., after they sell the car to you).
