My car was recently serviced in Lexus of Edison. Service adviser, car loaner manger were very supportive. Special thanks to technitian Travis. Travis was very detailed and informative while taking a road test and servicing my car. He provided a details video of the car diagnostics with appropriate comments and clarifications. Highly appreciate professional attitude to the customer.
