The wait time was totally unacceptable. I had a 10 am appointment for an oil change and didn't get my car back until almost 12:20. They really need to manage appointments better.

I’ve been a loyal Lexus customer for about 5 years, but my recent service experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for recurring condenser issues, recalls, and an appraisal (to possibly trade in for a new car). Communication was poor. I had to ask if my original concerns were even addressed, and no update was given on the appraisal.
