Here we go. I have been driving my car since friday with no issues. My alignment was fine. **Worst customer service experience\.** To keep this short, I had the worst experience ever. I originally tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but the sales service was extremely disappointing. Thankfully, I ended up purchasing my 2026 Lexus from a different Lexus dealership that provided amazing customer service.
