Amazing service when I bought my car
Lexus of Concord always does a great job. My service guy Tony is great, and is always courteous and professional.
I brought in my old car that belonged to me late father so there's some sentimental value here. I know, I know, one shouldn't feel sentimental about an object but... there's a crack in the windshield when I get it back and service is not taking responsibility. Pluses: - Bill the service advisor was great - Price matching for new tires to online pricing at other places. Other minuses: Everything took a bit long, I had to wait for a little of everything (yes, I had an appointment), to getting everything setup to getting a car ... read more
