Never ever do business with Lexus of Concord service department. Whatever you do, do not purchase an extended maintenance agreement from Lexus. The combination of the two is particularly bad. Service is rude and unresponsive from the service manager right down to the operator.
In response to Stephanie’s comment: I had already spoken with her directly to address this issue before she posted her reply here, yet nothing further was done. It feels as though they’re hoping the problem will simply go away. Her comment reads like another scripted response meant to check a box rather than actually resolve anything. Absolutely disgraceful experience at Lexus of Concord Service Department. If there were an option for negative stars, this place would deserve it! I brought in a BRAND-NEW 2025 Lexus RC F with barely 100 miles on it, and their so-called service department damaged a carbon fiber body kit piece. Instead of taking ownership, service consultant Tony Sawaya showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero professionalism.
