Jeff is knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. I have great trust in him. Never tried to push service on me that I did not need. Communicates well by phone. Service here is always smooth and welcoming from all members of the team. Loaner car process was very easy and good process. Will be back for all of my services.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Lexus of Cleveland, and specifically Paul in the service department. Every time we bring our vehicle in, the service is nothing short of exceptional, but Paul truly went above and beyond during our most recent visit. I received immediate service. The diagnosis was a defective battery. It was replaced and area cleaned.

I have to give a shout out to the service team! One of the reasons I bought a Lexus was because I wanted excellent service. And, they did not disappoint. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and the communication was great and their willingness to go above and beyond was exceptional! Thank you Cassie and team!
