I cannot say enough good things about the team at Lexus of Cleveland, and specifically Paul in the service department. I received immediate service. The diagnosis was a defective battery. It was replaced and area cleaned.

I have to give a shout out to the service team! One of the reasons I bought a Lexus was because I wanted excellent service. And, they did not disappoint. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and the communication was great and their willingness to go above and beyond was exceptional! Thank you Cassie and team!
