I bought my Lexus used. It has been so reliable that, except for wear items like tires and wiper blades, it has only needed repairs twice. Both times at Cherry Hill Lexus. Both times the service has been excellent. I'll be back.
I was satisfied as usual with the maintenance work on my vehicle. The only issue I had was the vehicle was not washed or the interior vacuumed. The tasks were both signed off on the final invoice but not accomplished.
First time going here and John was Great! Kept me posted on the issue and got my car done so quickly! Great staff and customer service. Thank you. Larry and Karen.
