It is a joy to visit this place.
They replaced my metal car part with a plastic part. After 40mins travel to the service centre and an hour wait, Scott advised me to get a new part from Autobarn. Duh 🙄
Very poor and disrespectful customer service specially the lady who sit at the service desk. No greeting, unprofessional, very rude and no customer service and communication skills at all. Lexus of Chatswood service management, please organise some customer service workshops.
I have encountered software updating issues in my 2 years old Lexus SUV. The service centre confirmed that they had to order a new device to replace it, which would 2 weeks for delivery from overseas. It has been over 6 weeks since then, and I have made two calls to the centre for follow-up. Up to now, nothing has been done. There are a few minor scratches in the bonnet of my car.
