I had my 10K service and oil change done at Cerritos Lexus. The facility was clean and the staff were professional, living up to the Lexus reputation. My service representative, Justine, was especially kind and attentive. He explained the services performed, made helpful recommendations, and the work was completed quickly, including a complimentary car wash.
