The service was fantastic! Hanna took good care of me and was very professional and made sure all my needs were met. I also appreciate for the techs sending a video of what they are working on the car. Definitely will recommend to come here for all your Lexus needs!
After losing our amazing service consultant of over 15 years, Ms Dorothy Looney, I was grateful to have Hanna take care of us. She was super diligent and very thorough and giving me options for my and my wife's car. She understood our entire history with our family having over six AutoNation vehicles and treated us with the corresponding level of appreciation and respect. We hopefully will have another 15 years with her as our consultant.
Eli is an excellent Lexus advisor. He always does great work. My daughter left her backpack in the rental car. I told Eli and the next morning he retrieved it. Eli is astute, attentive, knowledgeable and receptive. It was very fortuitous that I got him as an advisor. He makes the service of my vehicle a flawless experience.
