Had a wonderful experience here at Lexus of Canberra
Me and my partner had a great time with the Lexus team, most especially with Rachael C. She didn’t only sell us the car, but patiently walk us through every step of the way. It was a 3-month waiting time approximately but no issues, because she set our expectations in the first place. We are enjoying and loving our car so far, and would highly highly recommend Lexus with special mention to Rachael. Certainly worth everything!!!
I dealt with Rachel from Lexus. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. Although we ended up buying a Lexus from NSW due to the long wait of ordering a lexus, I would still return to Lexus Phillip to purchase another lexus because of how helpful and great Rachel was!

Just bought a new Lexus NX350 luxury from Lexus of Canberra. A huge mega shout out for Rachael Croser, she was amazing! Took time to show us the car and the Lexus App and didn't make us feel silly. She also thought about our old number plates matching the black colour so offered to transfer those also. A really lovely touch and they look great. A fantastic experience all round. Rachael - your are a Star!!!!! :)
