I really appreciate the manager Matt and thank him for his time, support and kindness. My car had a problem while we were on the snow tour from Sydney and I was so worried and confused. But Matt had checked it out so I can drive it back to Sydney safely.
I found Lexus of Canberra very easy to work with. Rachel's passion for the brand is why I chose to buy my car from here, despite moving back to Sydney after I put a deposit down to secure my slot. They overcharge from customer and give them low quotes to attract customer, the staff is really rude and unresponsive, they will not treat you well and as all other dealerships they overcharge alot for the same parts Toyota sells. They give you quotes and then overcharge you, sometimes give you wrong quotes as well
I was assisted by Rachel Croser many times. She is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too hard. I highly recommend Rachel.
