We were travelling from Sydney to Victoria and discovered the middle back seat belt was broken when we reached Canberra. Without fixing it, we wouldn’t have been able to continue our trip, and it would have completely ruined our plans. Lexus Canberra stepped in immediately. Amir is the best Manager I’ve ever found here in Lexus of Canberra, he looked after me and serviced my car and Matt listed and briefed me everything in detail, Matt and Amir both are the most helpful persons I’ve found in Lexus ever since I moved to Canberra, makes me want to go back every time to Lexus just for their Customer Service, extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to get myself a new car from them
I really appreciate the manager Matt and thank him for his time, support and kindness. My car had a problem while we were on the snow tour from Sydney and I was so worried and confused. But Matt had checked it out so I can drive it back to Sydney safely.
