Every year booking a service with Lexus of Cairns is a different challenge . I have never got through to the sale or service department once in 4 years because they never answered the phone. Every time you call phone rings out and system put you through to Toyota. They always take the msg to pass on to Lexus After that you keep waiting for couple days and try again And then you when you decide to book online with the time and day you want they will call you 2 days later to tell you that we will have to reschedule your appoin... read more
Severely damaged my car
It would have been a 5 star if assessing just the Lexus employees and their abilities. Hate the decentralised phone system. All aspects of the car service and personnel interaction is amazing, just let down by the sweat shop answering service which doesn’t even seem to be located in Australia, they have an inability to answer any basic questions and it is impossible to get hold of anyone at the service centre or indeed Lexus cairns.
