I’ve recently purchased my first car from Lexus with the help of Sunny. This was one of my first experiences with a dealership, and it was nothing short of amazing. I recently took my car to this Lexus dealership for servicing. While the staff were very polite and respectful, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. I had clearly explained the issues I was having with the car and specifically asked them to check those problems. However, none of them were properly diagnosed or addressed. Despite this, I was charged $850 just for a general service, and the car was returned to me within just a few hours.
