The five stars is for salesman Matt Rawjee and his customer service. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase from Matt because Lexus only have fabric seating, without an upgrade option on the RZ500e Sports Luxury. The look of the fabric really cheapened the overall look of what is otherwise an absolutely beautiful car. This configuration decision by Lexus Australia completely baffles me when the seats on the base model look much better and would have sufficed.
