I am incredibly satisfied with the help I received from Joel. I would recommend him to everyone! Makes time to listen to you, and cares about you and does a great job! Very pleasant. Answers all your questions in a polite manner.
2 hr wait time is really long for a oil change…bridgewater over charges more than all other lexus dealers for parts…During my 2 hr wait I called several other lexus dealers in ny and nj and part prices were a lot higher at Bridgewater Lexus.
Joel is a great advisor who is thorough and polite. My wait is always a minimum and he is reasonable.
Don't bring your car to this dealership, they are overburdened . I called ahead of time to get an appointment and upon showing up was brought to a waiting area, then 10 minutes later brought to an empty desk for another 10. Finally a man showed up , and without a handshake or a hello told me that he couldn't believe that the receptionist made the appointment on such a busy day.
