I recently bought a Lexus NX 300 from Lexus of Blackburn.The process of buying the car was an”experience” like no other dealer I have encountered. A friendly greeting at the door and an offer of coffee set the experience in motion. The sales staff knew the answers to all my questions without having to refer to the computer .
