I recently bought a car from lexus of Berwick. I cannot praise them enough. I origonaly took my wife to perth to visit an Audi dealership. We had the worst experience there. We never visited Berwick as we live interstate, but the level of service from the team at lexus was exceptional. Frank is a good salesman, he explained to me a lot about my new car. Also, I’m glad he can speak Mandarin because my concern was about some professional words or contract in English while I ordering the new vehicle. Other staff were nice as well. :-)
