Had a really great experience dealing with Dana. She was lovely to deal with, friendly and really helpful, and made the whole process easy. I took the Lexus 450 plug-in hybrid for a test drive and absolutely loved it. She really knows her stuff!! I really appreciated Dana taking the time to help me out and answer all my questions. She’s a wealth of knowledge! Would definitely recommend Dana to anyone looking for a new car!
They knowingly sold me a used car with a dead hybrid battery that needs replacement costing a few thouasnd dollars. Car is just sitting useless now,
