What a total disappointment with the sales team of Giltrap Lexus. Having only ever experienced exceptional service from Giltrap Seat this experience from Lexus left us disappointed. Booked a test drive for a UX at the start of the week. Communicating with the sales team around trade in our Cupra and setting the date for Saturdays test drive.
