You went to listen to the engine of my car without putting the diagnostics on. They wouldnt honor fixing the back of my seat after purchasing three lexuses.

Worst experience ever, I scheduled a 2PM with the salesman I spoke with, and he’s busy with other customer so he couldn’t be with me, so there’s this really suck salesman came and keep pushing me to buy the current in stock model and I hated that kind of feeling. Asking me to go for a test drive and ask me to put the payment for it today, can give me more discount, etc. When I asked about the inbound car, he started to be very rude and didn't want to care about me.
