Salesperson Sebastian and finance manager Bo were friendly, efficient, and helpful. We recommend them and the dealership very highly!
Purchased an extended warranty but the car got totaled in an accident and they wouldn't refund the 5 year policy because I used it for one claim already. They specifically told me that it would be refunded pro rata to the years or miles if it needed to be cancelled for any reason. Well, they wouldn't respond and take care of it and simply sold me a dishonest program. Do not buy their extended warranty. It's a scam in my opinion. I lost $2k on that deal.
Said they would not sell to out of state customers- I live in Wisconsin. They must have enough business.
