Evan is fantastic. This is my second time bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Ann Arbor Service center for maintenance. The first time I didn’t have a great experience, I asked for a part to be ordered and it never got done. This time around Evan made this experience a complete 180. I was informed every step along the way and was able to drop my vehicle off and he let me know when it was ready the next day. Excellent customer service
First time getting service on my "new" used Lexus. I got info on my warranty coverage. All I needed was an oil change, so I waited in the customer lounge - comfortable and clean with beverages and light snacks available. A great place!
