Been coming here for about a year now and have had a great experience. Service advisors Juan, Jose and manager Brandon are always so helpful and kind. The new building finally opened and it’s beautiful! It finally feels like you’re coming to a luxury car dealership when you come to Lexus of Albuquerque now.
You phone line doesn't work for me, I've pressed 3 about 4 times and it keeps saying it doesn't understand. I want to talk with a lexus mechanic about my 99 lexus es300
Was told to arrive at dealership to pick up my vehicle that had service done at 3pm. Had to get an Uber to get there. Upon arrival, went into service dept. and my service rep was not at his desk. I waited outside while no less than 5 employees walked by me, never acknowledging me or asked if I needed help. Finally, I searched for an employee and was told to go to cashier office.
