Juan and the entire team at Lexus are all friendly and professional. I was greeted by staff as soon as I arrived at the Service Bay for my scheduled oil change, they also took care of issues with my brakes, and even rotated and balanced my tires at no additional cost. I decided to wait and the waiting areas are very comfortable, with plenty of light, drinks and snacks :)
Crap workers. Don't know how to communicate. Go elsewhere!
Been coming here for about a year now and have had a great experience. Service advisors Juan, Jose and manager Brandon are always so helpful and kind. The new building finally opened and it’s beautiful! It finally feels like you’re coming to a luxury car dealership when you come to Lexus of Albuquerque now.
You phone line doesn't work for me, I've pressed 3 about 4 times and it keeps saying it doesn't understand. I want to talk with a lexus mechanic about my 99 lexus es300
