Great Customer Service always.
They didn't know how long it would take and were honest with it. I live in Gallup they answered questions with honesty. In todays world the service department rocked hard. These people are great and extremely trustworthy.
Evan and Adrian are great service advisors. Evan was super patient getting me set up as I’m coming from outta state for a road trip. Good friendly people here
Juan and the entire team at Lexus are all friendly and professional. I was greeted by staff as soon as I arrived at the Service Bay for my scheduled oil change, they also took care of issues with my brakes, and even rotated and balanced my tires at no additional cost. I decided to wait and the waiting areas are very comfortable, with plenty of light, drinks and snacks :)
Crap workers. Don't know how to communicate. Go elsewhere!
