I have a couple complaints. We were given a loner to use while our car was being repaired in Sep 2021. It was obviously not cleaned because when we opened the back of the SUV there was used pink string bikini underwear in it. We turned it in and told them and they just laughed. During Covid you would think they would double check the cars before letting someone use it. Our 450HL and been totaled and with the limited amount of cars on the lot we bought the ES300 .
