Made appt 4 months ago & everything was on time. Nice new loaner car.
Drove on flat tire to Lexus dealership. Manager of services was able to get my car tire replaced. Arranged for Lyft driver to take me home, and pick me up in the am, back to pick up my car. Customer regard always 10 stars here!
A complete detailing of my newly purchased car was promised and never delivered. The used car had to go into the shop right after purchase after supposedly being fully checked out. Otherwise good experience..
