So, I would like to share my experience at the Lexus Laval car dealership. Before visiting them, I called them at least a week in advance, directly and OLEG responded. I made an appointment with him for Saturday at 1pm On Saturday when I got there. In the reception areas there were 3 people chatting. They barely acknowledged me.
