I had my car serviced at Lexus Exeter today and had a very good experience. I was served by Jodie from the service team and Carol, both of whom were very professional, polite, and clear in their communication. Our Car is back in for a Service and M.O.T. We do it this way because basically saving Two trips. Or just lucky it's worked out this way. We also got a free M O.T. This year . Both were done Professionally. I had a Cursity car so I could go about my days routine. I got a phone call to say that the car was ready. Two new tyres and windscreen wipers were fitted, no mechanical issues once again . And Hybrid Pass. As always All the Staff were amazing just like the Advert..
