A scheduled oil change was going to take 2 hours! I would understand if I was a walk in but I had actually made an appointment. The staff were nice and all which is why I gave it a 2 star but I think it’s ridiculous that an oil change was going to take so long. Jiffy lube was 15-20 min and that was a walk in time!
Not the quality of service that I would expect from a flagship dealership such as Lexus Escondido and disappointed by the judgment call made by the service manager, Teresa. My Lexus GX 460, under the coverage by insurance, had the motor completely replaced that cost $33,200. During the Warranty period (1 year) I noticed a slight ticking noise that occurred when the engine was warm and under idle. The service agent, Maryann Jaramillo, was extremely professional and kept me well informed during the entire service. I even received a voucher for a free item at their in house cafe while I waited. My vehicle was services by Axel who did a quick yet efficient job. I will definitely be returning to this service center for all of my future needs, thank you!
