I have purchased several GXs from this dealership over the years. The 2025/2026 model has a 6 month waiting list! I contacted Ms. Coco Vega to help me acquire one about one month ago. She went above and beyond to find me the PERFECT 2026 GX550 at an amazing value! In less than 30 days!! If you need a new Lexus ask for Ms Coco Vega. MESSED UP MY CAR, wasted my time, got profiled, and extremely hostile. I brought my car in for maintenance and an alignment. At 3:05 PM, I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup. During that call, they tried to convince me to pay for new tires, even though my tires are only one year old. Then at 3:59 PM, a man called and said I had to pick up my car by 4:00 PM.
