First time visiting this dealership for service and it was a really great experience. If you’re thinking of trusting Lexus El Cajon with your car - Don’t. I’ve been a Lexus owner for years and gave this dealership too many chances out of convenience. I wish I hadn’t. My latest experience was the final straw. They promised me a loaner vehicle when I towed my car in, only to deny it when I arrived. The excuses kept changing. They might look polished and professional, but my experience tells a very different story. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. After their initial inspection, they tried to sell me on extra services I didn’t need. I declined.
