I am writing this review to help Lexus Carlsbad Service perfect their “craft”. Alex Garza I can see the attempt and minimum effort applied to aid me when my car was not properly vacuumed while you were the liaison. Unfortunately while my car was under your care my tints were poorly installed. I tried to contact you right when I had seen the issue but unfortunately you had gone home.I knew this since I then called the front desk and was told “unfortunately he has gone home for the day” the lady on the phone tried the best she... read more
