This was the second time a Lexus service place gave a dishonest fix for my car. They said my back brakes were out and need to be changed and possible rotor damage. Just took it to my main mechanic to get it fixed and he called me confused saying the brakes still have a year if not more on them. This happened when I first got my Lexus in 2018. I am writing this review to help Lexus Carlsbad Service perfect their “craft”. Alex Garza I can see the attempt and minimum effort applied to aid me when my car was not properly vacuumed while you were the liaison. Unfortunately while my car was under your care my tints were poorly installed. I tried to contact you right when I had seen the issue but unfortunately you had gone home.I knew this since I then called the front desk and was told “unfortunately he has gone home for the day” the lady on the phone tried the best she... read more
