We purchased a certified used Lexus back in January from North Park. Everything seemed to go as planned until the vehicle was delivered. Vehicle was rushed before being ready of which we had to drive the vehicle back, stay a night in a hotel to ensure the vehicle was truly ready and now still dealing with other issues. I believe the true issue lies in the salesperson assigned to our account. They did not complete things appropriately and sadly we are the one's having to ensure they get done.
