I I would like to thank steve for excellent customer service again. I was pulled over last night by the sherrifs for my passenger tail light being out. I emailed Lex Service and Steve emailed me back early at 6am in the morning. I can't say enough good things about LexService and Steve, the owner and head mechanic. I brought in my 2002 Lexus IS300 for some serious engine work—head gasket replacement, water pump, full engine reseal, new oil pan, and a new timing belt. It was a big job, and I wanted it done right. Steve absolutely delivered. Steve clearly knows these cars inside and out, and he took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done.
