I can't say enough good things about LexService and Steve, the owner and head mechanic. I brought in my 2002 Lexus IS300 for some serious engine work—head gasket replacement, water pump, full engine reseal, new oil pan, and a new timing belt. In my way home car became difficult to turn message gave me 3 options that could be the problem got home immediately call Lex Service they told me to have it towed to them and they would check it out and get back to me they called me when car arrived said they would check it out and let me know what the problem was. They called back and let me know I needed a new alternator and how much it would cost to repair and when it would be ready. Paul, Steve, and staff are all very professional and helpful. They are consistent in providing excellent maintenance care on my cars. Whenever I bring my cars in for oil change, Steve always informs me of preventative care on my car. He provides quality and integrity!
