I’ve contacted this place twice over the last year both for different reasons , but both times the reception have been extremely rude and even hung up on me. Disappointing this is our only women’s support clinic . Certainly doesn’t feel supportive, if you have other options to find a maternity clinic or for other needs I hope you can use them.
All of the doctors, residents, and MOA’s are wonderful and caring! They provide amazing maternity care and even have the ability to access a lactation specialist- Leslie ❤️
I had a scheduled phone appointment at 1:15 PM. I didn’t receive a call until 1:35 PM, and then another at 1:45 PM, which I just missed by 3 minutes. I called the clinic back immediately and spoke to the receptionist who told me that she will let the doctor know that I’m on the phone now and she should call me back so I should stay on the phone. I waited by the phone but never received a follow-up call. The next day, I received an invoice for a “missed appointment” and was told all my other future appointments were cancelled... read more
Absolutely think everyone at Lexitor clinic is wonderful! Such a pleasant office to come into, helpful, smiling faces…including mine. Thank you for all the care you all give me, I am so lucky to have you.
I don’t recommend using Lexitor for services related to IUD insertions. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time but my doctor was about 35 minutes late into coming into the clinic room. I was anxious for this procedure and waiting this extra time only increased my anxiety! It was the most painful experience of my life, and this was my replacement IUD (my first was done 5 years ago at a women’s clinic in another city) so I am aware of what the procedure entails and found that to be nearly pain free.
