I had a scheduled phone appointment at 1:15 PM. I didn’t receive a call until 1:35 PM, and then another at 1:45 PM, which I just missed by 3 minutes. I called the clinic back immediately and spoke to the receptionist who told me that she will let the doctor know that I’m on the phone now and she should call me back so I should stay on the phone. Absolutely think everyone at Lexitor clinic is wonderful! Such a pleasant office to come into, helpful, smiling faces…including mine. Thank you for all the care you all give me, I am so lucky to have you.

I don’t recommend using Lexitor for services related to IUD insertions. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time but my doctor was about 35 minutes late into coming into the clinic room. I was anxious for this procedure and waiting this extra time only increased my anxiety! It was the most painful experience of my life, and this was my replacement IUD (my first was done 5 years ago at a women’s clinic in another city) so I am aware of what the procedure entails and found that to be nearly pain free. The front end staff and Doctor went above and beyond to help me out in a timely matter. They were extremely on top of things and generally wanted to help. I could not suggest a better practice. They really do care and I felt heard and helped. Thank you very much staff and Dr.P :)
