I would give zero if I could. This company says they provided Registered Agent Services. Somehow we became a client. They do absolutely nothing for my company. Furthermore, the ONLY time I have had any contact is to collect an annual fee. In addition, this year I discovered that while they claimed to be my company's registered agent in a state, they were not listed by the state. I am convinced this is a scam operation.
