The worst customer service EVER! When we did want the service they would never send us the CDs. Now that we want to cancel the service, they are like an STD that I cannot get rid of.
The worst customer service. I ordered one book and paid for it. Somehow they charged me for two books and chose to ignore my continued acknowledgment that I only ordered one book and the mistake was on their end.
