She is a slumlord. Her english is not understandable. Dont want to fix the apartments. She rather give you a thirty day notice. She rents to illegal immigrants.

I would NEVER recommend this company, renters beware!! The property manager Helen would get mad if we asked them to fix anything and then would say we would be charged for the repairs. They would ignore our calls and emails majority of the time and when they would finally send repair men over they wouldn't even tell us, men would just show up. This is the worst property management company. They lie, and try to rip you off. Not returning deposits for made up reasons or repairs that the owner should be covering. They also won't fix things without fuss and charge you for them. Please please take my advice and avoid them at all costs. The house will not be worth the hassle of dealing with them!!!
