We are very unsatisfied with Heritage Window Solutions. Very poor installation. They talk a big game when they are selling you the product. We purchased their “100 year” storm window thinking they were high quality. They are not. 3 years later, they buzz like crazy anytime the wind blows and there is always moisture on the inside of the storm glass. The installation crew was terrible. Heritage exceeded expectations. Storm windows fit flush and operate smoothly. The installers were competent and a pleasure to have in our home. No drafts and our home now holds the heat better with the furnace no longer a constant run. Good company on every level.

"They never met a window that couldn't be fixed", except it seems like the only jobs they want is where they sell you storm windows. Called for a quote on 18 windows that were not operating properly but they already had storms on them, but the "Job is too small". 18 windows is a pretty good sized house.
