I cannot recommend Dr. Smith enough. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my care. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain every option, and made me feel heard and supported. Never had a problem with this very office. Had an appointment at 11am. Never even got seen. 3 people came in after me and they were all seen before I was brought back. Stayed in the waiting room FOR Over an hour, due to being short staffed
love Dr. Strasburger but absolutely cannot stand his new relocation to white knoll. Amanda, the receptionist is extremely rude. she acts like her face hurts to show any kindness. this is my SECOND issue with this specific location. I will not ever return, recommend. sad such a great OB got lost at a crap office.
