I have my first appointment coming up with this practice and I called to ask a question since I've been throwing up and dehydrated. No one answers the phone and when I left a message, I never heard back. I am already not happy with their customer care and service to pregnant women.
Every visit has been great but this past ultrasound was rushed and made me and my wife upset we look forward to them and it felt like she didn’t want to be at work. The ultrasound was a total of 5 minutes maybe. I would still recommend this hospital though.
Needed an appointment with an ob was 7 weeks pregnant and was having a lot of complications told the receptionist I was not primary holder of the insurance in file she had the most disgusting attitude and tone she said "well you dont qualify for anything so itll be $1000 upfront and we cant see you until your 13 to 14 weeks because you won't be able to see anything in the ultrasound and we dont usually give out any appointments before 13 to 14 weeks. Do not recommend at all .There doctor did a survey on me and I when back for a follow up because I knew something was not right and was told after I explain the issue that they would not be able to give me a appointment til March 0f 2026 even after explaining I am losing blood it was then explained to fine another provider which is not right if you all did the survey
I adore Dr. Pittard! She makes my appointments comfortable and easy. She is very knowledgeable about what she does. Highly recommend to anyone!
