Dr Morton is wonderful. The nurses are only nice to me when my husband is with me. The male Dr made inappropriate sexual comments when I had requested a female nurse or the NP to perform my strep B test. The check out lady is incredibly rude.
A disgrace! Terrible Staff. Ive been a patient since 2023, once I was placed on birth control, they did not inform me of the side effects which later led to 2 years of issues because of the birth control. Stephanie was not helpful at all when I called asking for a refill of a prescription that I’ve been taking since May 2021 which was Ibuprofen that I was taking for Dysmenorrhea. I just referred someone to this office based on the positive experience that I have had with the all of the staff at Lexington Women’s Care Irmo location. I highly recommend. Much better experience than other offices where I felt like a number.
Just awful - find somewhere else to go. NPs are awful, nurses are too. Office was dirty. Used glove was on the floor in my exam room. Front desk staff is cool, but they’re not the ones taking care of your health. Do yourself a favor and find an office that will listen and care for your needs.
I left this practice in 2017 after a very harmful experience. My TSH was low and T4 normal to slightly high, but Misty Sawyer told me to “watch what I put in my mouth” and prescribed Synthroid to lose weight — the exact opposite of what I needed. I have hyperthyroidism, and her treatment made it much worse. I already eat healthy, exercise regularly, and have food allergies, yet she focused on my weight instead of my lab results.
