I loved this place from my first pregnancy. Just went back and the ultrasound tech, Ashley, inserted the transvaginal wand like she had never done it before. Angling it in a way that would hurt anybody; and even told me to cover myself with the sheet! When I said ow that hurts, she stopped and gave me attitude when saying “OK scoot down, and lay your legs down” no apology or anything. The staff seem like they are there to just hangout and not taking care of patients. I can never get a call back regarding scheduling a surgery, they always say she’s not in the office.

I am posting as a third party to a friend who receives care here. Her story has infuriated me and left me dumbfounded. She went in to have her IUD replaced, and they coded it as a diagnosis she does not have. They did not talk to her about any need to code as a pretend diagnosis, instead of just contraception. She received a massive bill from insurance and that is how she found out. This practice is refusing to code it as contraception, which would change the bill to $0, because her husband had a vasectomy. To be clear, they... read more

Sorry this is long but I wanted to share my full experience. I had an appointment with Donna Andrews back in February to get my IUD replaced. Nothing out of the ordinary during the appointment. Donna just said it would take between 4-6weeks to get everything arranged with insurance. This week I got a call to let me know that the cost for me to get the IUD would be $2,032.
