The new owners immediately increased lot rent by $200/mo, now at over $600/mo, and they increase it every year. They also make you pay for water, sewer, trash, and mailboxes separately, and these fluctuate wildly from month to month. Management is near impossible to contact and do NOT even try to work with me. If there is a problem it is near impossible to get in touch with any member of management. And when you do, they are rude and dismissive.
