Workers trespassed in my property and proceeded to tell me I could not have a fence around my yard that had been here since the 80s. The new part of the fence was built a few years ago and was approved by a stage inspector. The line inspectors refused to identify themselves and were extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not let you know when your scheduled for disconnect and they leave you thinking you have time to pay the bill then your lights are shut off with NO actual date given. I have called multiple times with no resolution. It also takes 30 minutes to get someone to answer a phone. This business is ridiculous and there needs to be options for electric services.
0 stars!! This company is the worst ever. They do not have a care in the world and are not like any other power company. You have to keep calling to get in touch with someone. I absolutely hate it. Power always cuts off it seems for no reason. God forbid being late specially in this day and time. No help whatsoever
This company is absolutely the worst power company. They charge late fees a day after the bill Is due, a shower can knock out your power, they are just money hungry and im sick of them.

I have lived in Lexington utilities power grid for 4 years now and have never had a good experience. We always seem to lose power when no one in surrounding area does (****** ****** and **** *****customers). A couple years ago it took a week for them to restore our power after a snow storm and just a couple minutes ago power was restored from being out several hours because the wind blew a little.
