Scheduling was less than polite. Very bad experience. I was trying to confirm an appointment and then let the person know an issue I had with the phone system while I was on hold. I was trying to simply be polite letting them know there was an issue with the phone system while I was on hold, and the person I spoke to basically said I was wrong. Very rude and no necessary. I was being nice to let them know maybe something they didn't know, but she told me I was wrong. Just not necessary to be rude!
