I'm having an issue with the competence of the staff & feel like they're violating HIPPA laws. I'm traveling to Puerto Rico in December. I told my counselor. He pulled me in to tell me that they didn't accept guest dosing in PR. To let me know I've had clean drug screens since walking in their facility and that I couldn't phase OR get take outs even though they didn't have guest dosing in PR without signing their release. Its hard for me to find a place to start because there's so many great things I can say about LTC. The most important is the staff. Every time im there im greeted with a smile from all the staff. That instantly puts me in a good mood and I feel welcomed. They go above and beyond for each individuals needs. The level of care given is phenomenal. LTC is the best place to come to if you need the help. I want to thank everyone there especially Mrs J.
They have treated my son wonderfully
I have tried to get clean other places many times before but I wasn't able to do it until this clinic. The staff are amazing and really do care about the patients and really do want the best for you and to see you succeed.
