Saw Dr. Ostetbsuer as a new patient a week and a half ago. Got adjusted and went over my history- Booked my 2 nd appt for today at 1:00 WOW , and to my surprise after waiting for 20 minutes he wasn’t even there and had to be called to be reminded of my appt. It was to be another 20 minutes. Horrible experience - extremely rude and unprofessional as a provider.
