over my lifetime of 48 years, i have been to 4 previous dentist, they either passed away, retired, or we moved (new to Lexington area) & didn't wish to drive back over a mtn, driving an hour to visit a dentist, i am use to a hometown dentist, quiet, not many customers, this is a much more huge-r office, more activity, things going on all at once, talk, etc., that they can work on so many patients at once, x-rays happening for many, the waiting area not like what i am use to either, the couch was soft and welcoming, the denta... read more
Huge thanks to Dr. Cassilly and her wonderful staff. I was dealing with some tooth pain and needed two fillings. They were professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s such a relief to be out of pain. If you're looking for quality dental care in VA, this is the place to go!
I see why this place has 3 stars. I found their website by a Google search on a Thursday. Used the option to send a message. Used the same website to get the phone number and call on Friday - had leave a voicemail. Monday I went back to website and used their text us feature - no reply. Leafy a voicemail. Called 3 more times. Got through on Tuesday by phone and I explained I’ve been trying to get through and sending messages since Thursday through the site and calling. My entire family sees Dr. C for our dental needs. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr.C does great work and is very reasonably priced compared to other dentists. I highly recommend this practice to anyone for dental needs.
